这首非常抒情的歌叫做“I Can't Tell You Why”，在墨尔本告别演出的现场中，Timothy B.Schmit现场的表演，台风朴实、低调，不肆张扬，很适合曲子那舒缓、低沉的旋律，刚一开唱，台下观众的掌声便已响成一片，我猜想那掌声中也包含了对Timothy B.Schmit本人人格魅力的由衷赞赏吧。1976年之后的老鹰乐队已从前期的乡村摇滚蜕变为加州摇滚(或称西海岸摇滚)，它并无一定的音乐形态，但他们的共同点就是音乐之中透出了西海岸的特殊的人文气息，简单说就是一种安逸的感觉，而老鹰正是此种音乐的代表团体。1998年老鹰被引进摇滚名人殿堂(Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame)肯定了该乐队对流行音乐的重大贡献。
