- Polyphony Digital announced a new update will be released for Gran Turismo 5 Prologue for PS3 on March 28, 2008 in Japan, the game will be upgraded to Gran Turismo 5 Prologue Spec II.

- Polyphony Digital expects the complete version of Gran Turismo 5 to be released in US in 2009, the company is still aiming to release the Japanese version before the end of 2008.

- Sony will release the PS3 online tactical shooter SOCOM: Confrontation for PS3 on September 16, 2008 in US.

- Activision announced the Variety Map Pack for Call of Duty 4 will be coming to PS3 by the end of April 2008 on PlaySTation Network.
